Belvedere, Jesolo

"The Belvedere complex in Jesolo Lido has an incredibly central and prime location on via Bafile, classed as Europe's longest pedestrian zone. This 10-floor building, covered with a ventilated façade made from marble slabs, houses businesses on the ground floor, managerial offices on the first floor and apartments on its upper floors, with the latter boasting large terraces that are shaded by a wooden brise-soleil system, and luxury interior finishes.

In addition to the building itself, this project also involved the redevelopment of Piazza Brescia in front of the complex. This redevelopment meant the demolition of a number of buildings, the reorganisation of road access, new pavements made from quartzite and the inclusion of a new, stone pool complete with fountain, positioned parallel to Via Bafile."
